WE HAVE MOVED!

"And I beheld, and heard the voice of one eagle flying through the midst of heaven,
saying with a loud voice: Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth....

The Gospel to All Nations

The Gospel to All Nations

 By: Fr. Campbell

Jesus chose Peter and the other Apostles to be “fishers of men” because he saw that the waters were filled with “fish” waiting for the message of the Gospel. If the Gospel were to be preached, those who believed would find their way to heaven through faith in Jesus Christ, and baptism, by which they would become members of His holy Church.

What passes for the Church today (i.e., the Novus Ordo “church”) speaks of a new age of evangelization. It may sound like hope for the billions who do not yet believe in Jesus Christ as the Messiah and Lord. But the new evangelization means dialogue, and letting everyone know that they can safely follow any number of “paths” to eternal life. Baptism is not necessary. Belief in Jesus Christ is not necessary. Why would anyone require them to be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, even though Jesus Himself told us it was necessary? Certainly not “Francis” Bergoglio...

Since the preaching of a false gospel leaves a huge vacuum in its wake, the waters are now being polluted by the waves of wolves and robbers, the neo-pagans, who now have the field to themselves. (Count out the Evangelical Christians, who sink deeper into the swamp of heresy every time they open their mouth). Where are the true shepherds? Who would have thought that after two thousand years of Christianity, during which paganism waned into obscurity at the preaching of the Gospel, we would now be witnessing its triumphant return. Paganism, Witchcraft and Satanism! Who would have believed it?

Children are lining up – their equally clueless parents behind them – to watch the latest movies, Disney or otherwise, that are filled with hidden, and not so hidden themes of perversion and rebellion against God’s established order. They are so brainwashed by the media that they can no longer discern right from wrong or truth from falsehood.

St. Paul gives the advice the Church has always given: “…I say that what the Gentiles sacrifice, ‘they sacrifice to devils and not to God’; and I would not have you become associates of devils. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of devils; you cannot be partakers of the table of the Lord and of the table of devils” (1Cor.10:20,21).

In former times the Holy Catholic Church was a fortress against the onslaughts of paganism, heresy and unbelief. Jesus had warned us about the false prophets who would abound in the end times, leading astray “if possible, even the elect” (Mt.24:24). But the Novus Ordo leaves the sheep to their own resources, throwing out the Legion of Decency and the Index of Forbidden Books. And where is the pope, the bishop, or the pastor, who gives sound guidance, or who issues sanctions against those who endanger their souls by entering willfully into the occasions of sin? Today the “lambs” can wander anywhere they please, even into the domain of the Wolf himself. Why should they not believe that paganism is just another “path” leading to salvation?

Who stands up for the Catholic Faith? Those who should be speaking out say nothing. They have lost the faith themselves. The Ten Commandments are passé. The guidance of the true Church is gone. The guidance of a true pope is gone. Everything is in constant change and the people have lost their way, having no sound principles to guide them. But the Novus Ordo is already falling into ruin. And Our Lord is not pleased to see His sheep without a shepherd:

“And Jesus was going about all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and curing every kind of disease and infirmity. But seeing the crowds, he was moved with compassion for them, because they were bewildered and dejected, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, ‘The harvest indeed is great, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore the Lord of the harvest to send forth laborers into his harvest’” (Mt.9:35-38).

Pulling out all the stops, so to speak, Our Lord uses every means to help us avoid the devil’s snares and save our souls. As He was dying on the Cross, he gave us His own Blessed Mother, Mary, as our Mother, and our powerful Protector and Advocate. She will not abandon her children!

St. Peter, St. Paul, and the other Apostles also took their responsibility seriously, dying as glorious martyrs (except for St. John, and they tried to kill him). St. Paul testified:

“For even if I preach the gospel, I have therein no ground for boasting, since I am under constraint. For woe to me it I do not preach the Gospel!” (1Cor.9:16).

Woe, then, to the “church” that fails to preach the Gospel! The Church has the responsibility of preaching the Gospel for the salvation of the nations. And the nations have the responsibility to hear and believe. When we hear Jesus Christ, when we trust Him, and believe Him, He reaches out to us and brings us into the boat of the Church, outside of which there is only error, lies, and confusion as deep as the dark at midnight. There is no other way to find God but through Christ:

“No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draw him, and I will raise him up on the last day. It is written in the Prophets, ‘And they all shall be taught of God.’ Everyone who has listened to the Father, and has learned, comes to me; not that anyone has seen the Father except him who is from God, he has seen the Father. Amen, amen, I say to you, he who believes in me has life everlasting (Jn.6:44-47)… All things have been delivered to me by my Father; and no one knows the Son except the Father; nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and him to whom the Son chooses to reveal him” (Mt.11:27).

“Wherefore, my beloved” says St. Paul, “… work out your salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God who of his good pleasure works in you both the will and the performance. Do all things without murmuring and without questioning, so as to be blameless and guileless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a depraved and perverse generation” (Phil.2:12-15).
